Shipping & Returns

We ship Australia-wide. 

Postage is calculated on delivery zones, if you cannot see a shipping cost please enquire on price at ross@rossmadden.com.au.

All orders have insurance while in transit.

Please allow up to 2 days for your order to be sent and a further 5 to 7 working days for your order to arrive.

You will receive a notification once your order has been sent with a tracking number.

 If "Local Pick Up Only" is stated on the product listing, it can only be collected from the following location:

RETURNS

We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note for change of mind on full priced items within 14 days of purchase.

- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 DAYS from the date of purchase. Items returned later than 14 days will not be accepted.

- The customer is liable for all shipping costs.

- Items must be in original condition

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To return your purchase for any reason please contact ross@rossmadden.com.au for instructions. Include the order number found on your order confirmation or dispatch confirmation emails.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you made an error in your delivery address, please email ross@rossmadden.com.au immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, Ross Madden accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
